Q. Not all of your products show shipping charges, are you hiding something?
A. No way! Most of the electric bikes and scooters
ship for free. The rest have shipping charges that will be reflected during check-out, prior to your credit card being charged.
Either way, you will see the total cost to you before you are charged, so that you can go forward with the sale (please, please,
please) or cancel at any time.
For most of the ATV's, they are all shipped via common carrier right from the factory. We will have to contact each of them to determine your freight costs. Again, we will let you know what those charges are before you make your final purchase decision. Call Tom at 734-968-5247 M-F 5pm until 10pm EST, or Weekends 8am until 5pm EST Q. You don't seem to have a lot of products here. Is this a real website?
How do I know I can trust you?
A. We strongly encourage you to check out any website before
making a purchase. We are members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and your purchases are made through
PayPal, one of the most trusted payment methods on the Internet (just ask ebay!). Q. Will I be able to get Service if I buy something from
you?
A. That is a GREAT question! While we do not provide Service
directly, we can help you to find someone in your area to take care of your product if there is a problem. Most of the manufacturers
we deal with have a network of service providers that they can provide directly to you. All you have to do is contact their
Customer Service departments. Of course, we would be happy to assist you with this, as well.
